Bible Fox Learning is an expanding library of short, fun, educational videos, for kids ages 6 and up, taught by ventriloquist and kids Bible teacher Sandy Hinckle.

As Christian parents, we recognize the importance of memorizing scripture and we want our children to have the blessing of knowing God's Word,
but putting a plan in place and then actually sustaining the momentum of that plan often proves to be a challenge.

Total Physical Response
It's no secret to Language Teaching Professionals that the best way to learn and retain vocabulary is by connecting it to body movement,
a method which is called Total Physical Response or TPR.
In Bible Fox Learning videos we use TPR to initially introduce a verse and to help transition it into memory.
We also attach TPR to the scripture reference to help kids become familiar and retain those memory-resistant references as well.

What is the best way to use these videos?
While these videos are fun and a little silly, for optimal learning, ideally your kids will watch each video the first time with the family or an adult. Make it a special time. Use it as part of family devotions. YOU get into the hand motions and take it seriously and your kids will most likely follow along. Encourage your older kids to model interaction with the video for the sake of the younger. Everyone will benefit. Using the hand motions truly helps you memorize and remember the scripture more easily, no matter what your age. However, you know your family better than we do. These videos are just a tool. Use them in whatever way works for your family.
What Bible translation do you use?
We use the New International Version (NIV)
Can my kids watch the videos multiple times on their own after I watch it with them?
Absolutely! It's a great way to reinforce what they have learned.
How do I access the online games and pdf worksheets?
Simply scroll down beneath the video on the video page. You will see the options available. Simply Click on them to open.
Can my kids play the Unjumble Game while Bart and Ray are playing?
Yes they can. Just log in on another device while the video is playing and see if they can beat Bart and Ray!
Can they sign onto the Leaderboard?
Absolutely! Miss Sandy is already on it. Can you beat her???
How many videos are there?
Currently our library holds 30 videos. Beginning in March 2024, 2 videos per month will be added.
Are the hand motions real sign language?
We do use sign language as one resource for our hand motions, but the actual sign language is often modified or not used at all. Our goal is to use motions that actually bring to mind the word and not all sign language will do that. But while we're on the subject, allow me to send a shout out to www.signasl.org which is an amazing labor of love and great resource that I highly recommend.
What is the age group recommendation?
The videos are geared for 6 years and up, but all ages can participate and can enjoy together.
What are your basic beliefs about God and the Bible?
The message of the Bible is summarized in specific truths that are referred to as the Gospel, or “good news.” While we don’t want to be over simplistic about the Gospel, we believe it can be summarized with the following truths, all of which deserve to be unpacked at length.
The Gospel begins with the truth that you and I were created to joyfully worship God. Instead, we rebelliously live for ourselves. So we deserve eternal punishment. But God, in His mercy and love, sent His Perfect Son, Jesus, to take our deserved penalty. Jesus was killed and punished in our place and for our sin. Now, the Resurrected Jesus restores to God all who believe in Him.

Statement of Faith
1. We believe the Bible, both Old (39 books) and New (27 books) Testaments, to be verbally inspired and inerrant in the original writings, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God, the complete, necessary, and sufficient revelation of His will for man’s salvation and conduct.
2. We believe that there is one God. He is perfect and is eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. We believe that Jesus Christ was fully God and fully man in His incarnation. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. We believe in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death for our sins through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection from the dead for our justification, and in His ascension to the right hand of the Father in heaven, where He intercedes as our High Priest.
4. We believe in the personal return of our Lord Jesus Christ in power and glory to establish His kingdom of righteousness and peace.
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
6. We believe man was originally created in the image of God. Through disobedience, self-centeredness, and sin, He incurred both physical and spiritual death. Thus, all are now born with a sinful nature, separated from God, and can be saved only through the atoning work of Jesus Christ.
7. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost. Those who believe and are saved will be resurrected into an eternity of life spent in God’s presence, in His distinct joy and bliss. All who are unrepentant and unbelieving are lost unto the resurrection of damnation, a Christ-less eternity of conscious torment in hell.
8. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and that the Church consists of all those who believe in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
9. We believe in the local Christian Church as the primary and sufficient vehicle initiated and founded by God through the power of the Holy Spirit to nurture new believers in faith, disciple mature believers, and evangelize the lost. Local Christian Church members join together for worship, prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the Gospel, and observance of the ordinances of believers’ Baptism and Communion instituted by the Lord Jesus.
10. We believe in the Great Commission to proclaim the Gospel of our Lord to the uttermost parts of the earth and to make disciples, thus giving man the Word of God in truth.
